Seminar Presentation: Live Sound Meditation Concert with Ancient Himalayan Singing Bowls and Sacred Gongs
Science tells us that we live in a ocean of vibration, and that everything that vibrates produces a sound and energy. The human body is composed of vibration and energy, and in Traditional Chinese Medicine every organ, bones, and tendons, and tissue carries a symphony of sound and resonance. Sound healing meditation is a practice of using mantra and sound frequencies as an efficient and effective way to restore balance in the physical body and nervous system.
Kimberlee will be opening and closing our Symposium with a gong ceremony Friday night and Sunday afternoon, Friday is a welcome to our weekend creating sacred place for inspiration and healing. Sunday closing will send us all on our way with surrounded in a symphony of sound and resonance amplifying our vibrational connections to well-being of the body, mind, spirit, and energy systems.

Bio: Kimberlee Moore M.Ed., M.Ac., Lic. Ac. is a board certified & licensed acupuncturist in a private practice (Moore Acupuncture in Townsend, MA), certified Sound and Harmonics Therapist, Meditation Teacher at Lowell General Hospital, Emerson Hospital and through out MA. & N.H, in addition to chanting and teaching different styles of meditation, she performs live Sound Healing Concerts that include sacred healing tools such as: ancient Himalayan singing bowls, alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, temple bells, tuning forks, Shruti box, voice and other percussion instruments.
She uses the gongs in healing just like Tong Ren. Tong Ren and working with gongs, you are working with the universal source energy, taping the anatomical model specific points and areas of the gong, while directing the energy towards the patient to remove blockages, shift consciousness, and restoring the body’s natural flow of vital energy. The same is true with working with gongs. The sound and vibrations of the gongs help enhance the healing process.
